Each program I share is thoughtfully customized to meet the needs of your unique audience in a way that will inspire the highest possible outcome.  The length of each program is adaptable- from 30 minutes to multi-day retreats.  All topics can be offered in lecture, interactive workshop, or retreat format.  An all-levels yoga, breathing, and/ or guided mindfulness meditation class can be added onto all programs.  Read on… and get inspired to create something truly useful and motivational!

CREATING MEANINGFUL CHANGE: TRANSFORMING CHALLENGE INTO STRENGTH

Description:  Explore what we can learn from challenge in order to create meaningful change on personal, professional, community, and global levels.  Our ‘problems’ can become our path to growth and inspiration.  Discovering meaning in both daily life and challenging circumstances can be the key to living a fulfilling life.  The lessons learned in the process are the foundation upon which we can create scalable, meaningful impact in our careers and in the world around us.  During this talk, I share my personal path working as an investment banker in NYC, surviving a near-death car accident in which my cab driver was killed, studying yoga and meditation at monasteries in Asia, creating a non-profit that changed the way trauma is treated and healed in military communities, and becoming an internationally-known public speaker and yoga/ meditation teacher.  

Customization: A variation of this program can be shared as ‘Transforming Through Post Traumatic Growth’ (description below) and ‘Living a Life of Purpose:  How to Become a Changemaker.’  It can be shared for corporate and government audiences, trade groups, conferences, office retreats, and with an inspiring theme in alignment with the company/organization’s vision and mission.  It can be adapted for audiences, including:  PTSD, Recovery from Addiction/ Substance Abuse Dependency, Disabilities, and other audiences.  An all-levels yoga, breathing, and/ or guided mindfulness meditation class can be added to all talks.

MINDFULNESS IN THE WORKPLACE

Description:  Mindfulness centers around learning to be aware on purpose. Research is showing that mindfulness can improve memory, decision-making skills, concentration, as well as relieve stress and anxiety. Learn practical techniques for weaving mindfulness practices into your everyday life. Through both lecture and workshop components, your team will gain valuable skills and insights that can transform the quality of your connection and collaboration.

Customization:  This can be taught as a lecture and/ or practical interactive workshop with your team. An all-levels yoga, breathing, and/ or guided mindfulness meditation class can be added to all talks.

MAXIMIZING RESILIENCE & PRODUCTIVITY USING STRESS MANAGEMENT TOOLS

Description:  Success that comes at the cost of the health and wellness of the team is not true success. Resiliency does not happen by mistake.  As Molly has found through years of working with the special operations military community, corporate executives, and global leaders, a team that trains and prepares for stressful situations is a team that is sustainable and successful in the long run.  High performance is inextricably linked with the physical and mental health and wellness of your group.  Give your team the stress management resources they need to accomplish your mission with balance, strength, and clarity.  

Customization: This course can be taught with lecture, experiential yoga/ breathing, meditation stress management tool classes, or a combination of both.  Online tools can also be offered for post-event support of the teachings shared.  For large groups, assistants can be included to enhance the experience.  Depending upon the needs of the group, focus can be directed upon fitness/ yoga/ movement, relaxation exercises like breathing and meditation, nutrition, and mental readiness tools.  An all-levels yoga, breathing, and/ or guided mindfulness meditation class can be added to all talks.

CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION & VALUES-BASED TEAMWORK

Description:  Empower your team with strategic and tactical teamwork skills.  Conscious listening, communication, and values-based performance can transform your team.  Clinical studies have proven that even two weeks after a project is completed, people cannot remember the details of the project.  Instead, they remember the qualitative experiences of a project.  They remember the people with whom they worked, the values (or lack thereof) of those people, the interpersonal experiences that occurred, and how the experience left them feeling after it was over.  In essence, they remember the quality of the connection.  Long-term clients and happy employees are earned through conscious connection.  Does your team know how to listen deeply to all the layers of what is being shared?  Do they authentically connect with others?  Do they understand and share the underlying values that are important to people and their project?  These skills are not taught in university, and yet they are essential to success in every aspect of life.  Through both lecture and workshop components, your team will gain valuable skills and insights that can transform the quality of your connection and collaboration.

Customization:  This can be taught as a lecture and/ or practical interactive workshop with your team.  It can also be customized to focus more on communications skills, team-building exercises, and can be used to target specific issues teams are having.  The focus can be directed towards internal performance or external client-based performance.  An all-levels yoga, breathing, and/ or guided mindfulness meditation class can be added to all talks.

POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH: FINDING MEANING IN ADVERSITY

Description:  Explore how life’s biggest challenges can become the path for finding true meaning and fulfillment in life.  We don’t discover wisdom in spite of our problems.  We discover wisdom because of our problems.  Community, service, yoga, and meditation can shift the experience of trauma (PTSD) from being a ‘disorder’ to being a source of growth and strength.  During this talk, I share my personal path working as an investment banker in NYC, surviving a near-death car accident in which my cab driver was killed, studying yoga and meditation at ashrams and monasteries in Asia, creating a non-profit that changed the way trauma is treated and healed in military communities, and becoming an internationally-known public speaker and yoga/ meditation teacher.  

I also share stories of our projects with human trafficking survivors, veterans, and other people who have not only survived life’s biggest challenges, but who have gone onto become leaders and changemakers in society.  The program concludes with a ‘call to action’ that we can all become changemakers… and indeed must.  We are the people who have to envision that something better is possible and devote ourselves to that mission.

Customization:  This talk can be customized for a wide variety of audiences and taught to people with specific ‘types’ of trauma, including, military trauma, sexual trauma, addiction/ substance abuse recovery related trauma, survival of accidents and serious illness like cancer, homeless populations, and other populations affected by trauma.  It can also be geared towards secular audiences in the military, VA, hospitals, and schools or shared more from the perspective of how yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy can heal trauma.  It is a popular talk at yoga conferences, mental health awareness fairs and workshops, suicide prevention events, and substance abuse conferences.  An all-levels yoga, breathing, and/ or guided mindfulness meditation class can be added to all talks.

WOMEN WHO THRIVE

Description:  Amidst this unique moment in history for women, a whole new set of opportunities and challenges are present in the lives of female leaders. Explore how we can support ourselves to not just survive but to really thrive.
